Teacher Advancement Program (TAP)
When you hear the acronym "TAP" you should automatically think of the phrase "best practices." At Wilburn, we are working towards strong student achievement by improving teacher effectiveness through the implementation of the Teacher Advancement Program. The shapes you see above are symbols that represent each part you should see in a TAP Leadership Meeting, Cluster, and Classroom Lesson.
