How do we meet the needs of all of our students? When I think of meeting the needs of all of our students, I think about the ideas of support and challenge. The only way to both support and challenge all of our students, is through effective designing and planning of our instruction, student work, and assessment. Last week we discussed instructional plans in cluster and this week we will be discussing student work. As we continue to discuss these areas and think about the Common Core Curriculum, we cannot leave out rigor. Here is a link to an article that discusses rigor:
